2008/08 Audi S3 - Ibis White

Only 2 1/2 months old, but its now up for sale

Its a great car, and far more capable than my previous MKV R32 and GTI, however the call of the RS4 has finally got me

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/556764.htm

Cheers

You're just a 'running in' Jockey Oli, but yes the RS4 is a corker.

What's next in line after the RS4,you must already know

Good luck with the sale.

Flip Oli that was a quick turnaround!!!

My brother-in-law and I picked up a Jan 08 Red S3 for him from Crewe Audi (complete bunch of incompetent w@*ker$) a few months back.

He now has a superchip bluefin on it and it has really improved the car. It now revs properly into the red.

Did you ever re-map your car?

Also, he does not like the standard 18" S3 alloys and wants to replace them with something like the RS4 style 19" ones. Do you have any good sources for quality alloy wheels which wont turn into 50 pence pieces on bumpy Irish roads?

Best of luck with the sale too. Hopefully it will not be hard to shift since there is a 12 week waiting list on them new.

Predominantly due to a minor facelift, as opposed to demand though.

It had the Oetingger map on it, but thats now been taken off, and the wheels are MTM from QST, and I would highly recommend them

Beware of the polished and laquered wheels, they are a nightmare with our salty winter roads

Totally agree, that is the best Alloy for any Audi, and that anthracite look is the tits mate.

Right Ive taken the car off the market, re-map is back on, Turbo Back Milltek and Carbon intake has been ordered. The RS4 is dropping 500-600 a month at present, and I'll wait for the prices to level, and I think the S3 will be great fun with 335BHP and 345ftlbs - race anyone!!!!

Also there is a Sportback DSG S3 out in january, that I might order to help with the expanding family until, the RS4 reiduals settle. A customer of mine has also shown an interst in buying the S3 in january time - win win alround
