Prolly the most painful wait I've ever endured.. and I generally consider myself a patient man. It's the anticipation! I know many of you ordered and went through same process, so I know you can relate.

Factory order was 'no badging'. They left of sides, but back X3 & M40i still made it to dealer. Dealer will remove before pickup.

I really do like the Dark Graphite with the Cerium Gray metal accents.

Big congrats on the new M40i! I haven't seen many (or any) in dark graphite on the forums.

Major congrats. Your X3 M40i looks awesome in Dark Graphite and on the 20s.

PS I don't think anyone in the US can order delete badging like in the ROW except for certain hybrids where you can delete the eDrive on the c pillars.

Fantastic, sinbad4 - congratulations and know you will have some great driving experiences in her! We took another 325 mile trip yesterday and it is an absolute gem on the HWYs - hands down the best all-around vehicle we have ever owned.

Yeah and US doesn't get side badging, so I don't think they actually deleted any badging from his build.

I agree. Is badging delete even an option in the US? Or is there a "special order fee" to get it? Since the car is new is should not be an issue for the dealer to rebadge it.

I've got to tell ya', Sinbad, that color looks soooo much better in your pictures than it does on the configurator. Really subtle and elegant.

It took me around 3 minutes to debadge my "X3" on the back with dental floss and Goo-off.

Big congrats and welcome to the M40i fam! I love the color. So much better in these pics than on some videos I saw and the configurator. I like the gray accents in this color, the blue, and black...but did not like them much on my Alpine White, so I switched them all to black. Also debadged the X3 on the left and switched the M40i to black. The dealer did it for me on request during the make-ready and accidentally debadged the wrong car haha. Apparently the other customer liked it and left it off...

Congrats, car looks great, Dark Graphite was a close second to Carbon Black for me, would have went dark graphite had i not been coming from a Space Gray X5. Picking mine up on Tuesday..
