Transmission Noise

I may have money shifted my ZF8. I was playing around and down shifted into first from second accedentily anx jumped straight to redline and now it's making this creeking noise. Right now it drives and shifts fine, no limp mode. The noise happens at idle when in gear or if in neutral I can blip the throttle and hear it. What do you guys think this sound is?

Just looked they appear to be good. I am curious, what makes you think the nounts?

I just started it up and no more noise, but the turbo whistle appears to be louder. I wonder if the 2 are related since I had it in Sport+ during the incedent. Maybe blew the charge pipe?

Drove it to work today. Drove just fine, and the noise from the video was not present but it still seemed louder than usual. I am pricing out transmissions right now as a "just in case" even looked into manual options since that would be awesome to do too. But the autos are not too hateful, I see a few going for $1200. I am just not sure what is involved beyond the mechanical portion of things to get it working, such as coding it.

When you are as dumb as me, anything is possible. But my guess is this transmission is at 100K and is not able to handle the max allowable revs like it could when new.

Take it to an indy reputable shop, have them put it on a lift while someone is in the car, have them put it in drive and load the drivetrain and listen for the noise. I'd start there. It could be anything, putting load on the engine when you put it in drive can make pulleys squeal, things rattle, etc....
