Long Cranking Issue

So recently I've been getting some long cranking issues with the car sitting for a a period of time.

My LPFP is brand new, but it seems like most say it tends to be a HPFP. My question is if I'm replacing this do I also replace the cam follower or is that not really needed to be replaced?

I had a similar problem. First long cranking times and then no start at all. Error codes said it probably was the HPFP but in reality it was just the pressure sensor.
