Trunk just poping not fully opening

Hey guys.

I have comfort access which was great when I needed to load something itn the trunk with my hands full. It had always been borderline, sometimes popped open other opened all the way, but since I installed the rear spoiler it just pops open. I saw somewhere people saying theirs still open all the way, so I'm guessing this is something that can be adjusted, maybe? If so, does someone know how/where?

Thanks

You can adjust the springs on the inside left and right side behind the carpet lining to increase the spring tension. I had to do this as well.

wdeerfield is right, you need to adjust the springs. The spoiler adds extra weight to the bootlid, hence it won’t open anymore by itself.
There are 3 settings to choose from. You need to add tension to the springs (left and right)
