ER CP/FMIC Fitment issue. Please see pics and help

The two pieces of my charge pipe don't seem to line up when I attach them to throttle body and intercooler. I think I may have them rotated incorrectly. See pics for current orientation. Any help is appreciated

I'm currently in contact with them. I think they're fine, these are just not a flattering photos

UPDATE:

ER says all parts are correct. Suggested twisting lower half clockwise

I believe all the welds look just like these photos on the ER site. Not the best but I think they're fine.

Yes I think its unacceptable. I hope the one by the charge pipe also is not causing an issue. The intercooler welds are crazy looking. I'm surprised by ER.

Got it all in but the lower clamp has slid off a bit. Gonna fix tonight. No boost leaks. Was a pain to fit
