Dinan exhaust readiness code problem

So apparently I am a noob on any mods please bare with my stupidity:

After MHD flashing yesterday I felt very excited, today I read my DME codes for the first time. To my surprise, I have three readiness issues:
Catalyst: incomplete
Oxygen sensor: incomplete
Oxygen sensor heater: incomplete

Recently I have replaced my FMIC, CP, stock exhaust with a Dinan free flow exhaust, along with my MHD flash. I guess IC and CP are not going to mess up with my readiness so the Dinan exhaust is to blame here.

After I replaced my stock exhaust there is no CEL and everything looked normal until I can read the codes now. I always have a big concern about the emission test and that's why I am still hesitate to upgrade my DP with Fabspeed catted. Never would imagine that exhaust upgrade will also give me this problem. I guess I really need to do a lot more research before I am doing anything.

Highly appreciate if anyone can help me on this! Any ways to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Thats a readiness issue, not a Catalytic efficiency code.

Most likely flashing your ECU, will reset your ECU, therefore you need to complete a full drive cycle again to get the emissions monitoring system to ready status.
The same thing happens if you clear codes, or remove the battery.

Or your MHD is programed to disable the rear cat o2....Which in that case you will never reach ready status.
This feature is for people who have catless downpipe.

Thanks! I hope this is the case. I don't believe MHD will disable my O2 sensor. How many miles of driving will get my readiness back to normal?

50 miles or so before readiness will be enabled. Your tune will prevent readiness as well. You should have an option to configure the tune to be OEM for cat efficiency.

The Dinan exhaust is an axle-back design - basically a muffler, and has nothing at all to do with emissions readiness. Your flash tune is the culprit, as mentioned above.

There is no O2 heater so that will never complete. On the flash tunes the tuners have been bypassing the O2 sensor check (it completes), but the Cat effectiveness will never complete. Flash back to a stock tune once a year for a few days.

Meanwhile all the diesels roll coal cause "work" trucks shouldn't pass emissions. *rolls eyes* (in NC)

after all my ranting I realized you are a dinan users. Just keep driving, it takes a few days/drive cycles. It should complete assuming you are still stock emissions. Unless you have an emissions equipment issue.
