Macht Schnell vs Eibach lowering springs

The lowering spring kits are priced roughly the same. Does anyone have an opinion as to which kit is better and why?

Thanks!

You should probably post things like this in the suspension section instead of general discussions

It was late and I clearly wasn't thinking straight. I'll move it.

Eibach Pro Kit springs for stance without compromise in daily comfort.

I just installed my Eibachs last week. I had about 11.5k miles on the odometer before my install and have put about 350 miles since they've been installed. After driving the car stock for a year and a half, I could feel a difference (in a good way) that the car lower and more planted to the road. As for the comfort, I can't tell a difference between stock and the Eibachs. The drop is absolutely perfect, I couldn't be happier! I also installed 12mm front and 10mm rear spacers. The car has a great stance now!

Thanks for the update!

Any tire rub with the spacers?

For sure! I haven't had any rubbing while driving. Granted my tires have 11k miles on them so they're a little worn down, but I haven't had any issues at all so far.

I had the Eibachs installed over the weekend and think the new ride height looks great. Just highway driving so far but seems to still ride pretty much like it did before. No rubbing. Will take it out on some twisties this weekend...

I have Voresteiner VFF-107 20's on the car and have 12mm spacers up front (+25 offset) but the rear offset (+37) is such that spacers weren't needed.

I had the same question a few months ago and went with the Macht Schnell after riding in a M3 that had them installed (I had Eibachs at the time on my 135i). Macht Schnells feel incredible and lower the car just how I like it. It is a perfect even gap between tire and fender in the front and rear. Eibachs look like they lower the rear a bit more. I love both brands and you can't go wrong with either one.
