Which pedals would you choose?

Ok, I thought I was sold on stock aluminum pedals until Vanilla Sky posted pics of his car with ///M al pedals. Now, I can't decide which ones to get. These pics only show automatic tranny version of them, I would be of course getting manual version (smaller brake pedal, one additional clutch pedal).

What do you guys think?

yeah, i will definitely be getting the ///M knob, not sure about the steering wheel though, that would be a lot more difficult to do. i'd get the knob a while ago but i still haven't decided whether to get the short E46 one or the new, longer E90 one.

those M pedals are clearly not a factory part, and look a bit cheesy. The logo doesn't look quite right.

that's just a small step better than the fake M logo on the back

the OEM type pedals look good though

i totally agree with ward. check the left bottom corner of the //M footrest. the shape is not proportion to the footrest underneath. the gas and brake pedals...maybe.

that's what i was afraid some people would say. i also noticed the ///M logo being all f-ed up. that's why i asked vanilla if it also feels cheap, he said it feels very firm, so i don't know.

i see what you're saying. i kind of thought it was just installed improperly. i'll have to go look and see what the shape of the footrest really is...

IMHO, pedals are an inherently ugly part of a car anyway, so I wouldn't want to draw people's attention to them more than necessary. Discreet OEM black look best

I got the ///M pedals, together with the steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake. As a whole, I think it is awesome.

The ///M pedals look and feel very good, the ///M logo is engraved and painted. They look and feel the same as the OEM aluminium pedals.

Regarding the remarks about the footrest: I can't judge that, since I have the manual gear and I only got the brake-, clutch- and gaspedal. Maybe I'll add the footrest in the future.

I'll add a pic when I get it installed: delivery of my car is week 15

do you have the same ones as those on the picture? they should come with footrest in one package, no matter what transmission you have.

it's just the M logo stripes are too spread apart which makes it look fake. i really like them a lot, i just don't want it to look cheap...

i don't care for the look of the oem pedals.

the m pedals are really ac schnitzer replicas. i like the design of these, but i'd get the ones with no logos or the ones that say ac schnitzer on them. all over ebay. http://motors.search.ebay.com/?from=...itle=ac+pedals

I like the look of the ///M pedals better, but would feel weird having ///M parts in my 325. It just doesn't seem right, though obviously I wouldn't be trying to fool anybody, as a passenger who was in a position to see these pedals from that angle should be occupied with something else.

I really like the ACS pedals, but the fake M pedals look like straight knockoffs of the ACS pedal shape/design. I'd rather it had the ACS logo than a crappy looking M insignia. Otherwise OEM is the way I'd go.

i'd go with vanilla's pedals but without the M logos; i think they look cheap and who's gonna notice them anyways... I bought mine from **********s for a decent price and i think it looks better than OEM alum pedals.
