Need to know when should i replace the "BELT TENSIONER" & "RIBBED V-BELT" and "Deflection pulley" ? i have F10 2011 with 94K millage, i replaced the "BELT TENSIONER" & "RIBBED V-BELT" once when was 50K millage, should i replace then now?

probably not. check out this video:

if it is wobbling like this or you hear a sound from the tensioner bearing, replace it. otherwise no need for concern.
