*HELP* New Wheels for 07 328xi

Hi Guys I am looking for some help. I have a 2007 328 xi with the stock 5 arm 16 in wheels. I am looking for an upgrade and have found a set of used OEM E92 M3 wheels that i really like. The only problem is that they are staggered.
Front Wheels - 19x9" ET31 (25.4 LBS, 31mm offset) - BMW Part # 36-11-2-284-055
(2) Rear Wheels - 19x10" ET25 (26.6 LBS, 25mm offset) - BMW Pat # 36-11-2-284-060
He is running the set up as ...
Front Tire - 245/35/19
Rear Tire - 265/35/19

I have to replace the rear tires but the front ones are good.

So my question to you is... Will these fit? I have not done anything to the car.. No fender rolling or lowering.

Please let me know!

The wheels will fit but it's recommended to go down to a 235/35/19 in front so you don't have issues with rubbing the fender. And the rear 265/35/19 is too tall and will most certainly rub. You will need to go down to a 265/30/19 ....even at that u might need to roll your fenders slightly.

Yes, these will fit depending on the offsets....but I shouldn't think there will be any problems unless they are mega aggressive offsets ☺.
