I've been unlucky enough to have taken a stone right to the indicator cover on the passenger side mirror.

I've checked for genuine parts and found what looks to be the right part.

Looking for instructions on the swap I was able to find something on removing the whole cover. Will order the part and see how I get on. love the fact that the workshop manual requires a special tool to remove the mirror, part name 'wedge'.

Be super careful on those plastic locking clips. They can break easily if you pry too much. Work each one a bit at a time rather than trying to release one at a time. If the part isn’t too expensive, you might consider ordering another in case you break a clip. Good luck.
