Massive eight-piston brake calipers and accordingly sized 380 millimeter diameter perforated disk brakes make sure the Avalanche can also slow to a safe stop.

Not the color, just the whole look. While Im sure some of it actually has function, it looks to 'ricey' to me...

You probably think F1 cars are too ricey too.

Certainly not. They are rediculously expensive, completely purpose built cars. I would kill to have one lap in an F1 car...

What I mean by rice is the attempt to make the car more sporty just by looks and sounds. I have in mind the kid who adds a carbon fiber spoiler to his honda to 'improve the downforce', or adds some other aerodynamic kit that makes the car look like it belongs in the starship fleet of the klingons to give it a 'personal touch'.

As I said in my previous post, Im sure theres some reason as to why the kit is setup as it is. To me, it looks like the aerodynamic kit used looks like hell, and ruins the classic look of the porsche.

Call me conservative, but its the same reason why I dont like a single body kit for the E90. Most of them are way too dramatic.

I'm with Bavarian...sometimes less is more. Particularly when you are talking about a vehicle like a Porsche or an E-90. And yes, I am an old man.

Agreed. Those will add quickness to the driving and fastness of the car.
