as you guys already know i have successfully remove the amber piece out. i was ask to get the other headlight and sell them as a set, but someone backed out on me. i have the other side headlight ready to seal up. i took it apart yesterday. i am putting this for sale now. it will be ready to go in a week. i just wanted to see what offers are out there for these. here is the break down of my cost. $250 for the headlights and sealer. what ever you think my labor is worth to remove the amber, add it to the cost of part and you will get the total. please be reasonable in the offer. it was not easy doing this. i will not do this again. here are pictures of the headlight i have already sealed up. i will post pictures of the other headlight tonight.

Long,

how about a DIY for the removal of the orange liner?

Of course, don't forget to add "do it at your own risk."

NeverMind Long, I found the original thread.

How much Long? I might switch over to halogen and possibly sell my xenons.

Clear halogens, or amber xenons? Too bad it doesn't have angel eyes.

Is there a good way to hook them up to a wall socket?

I wonder what you would need to make it a house lamp LOL.

Long,

I'm passing on the halogens. If I had a 325 w/no Xenons..I'd scoop this up in a heartbeat...I just can't reason replacing Xenons with Halogen...albiet Clear corner halognes.

Bumb for a good deal.

Sorry Long, not trying to attack you. I just thought I remembered you bidding on that headlight a while back and it was only at like $1.

man...people stop tryin to bash on him...even if it was a penny i still see he has every right to sell it for whatever he wants.

to anyone that disagree..why dont you take ur headlights and risk opening them on. take the time outof ur days and try to do it. My mans gotta put bread on the table at night.

BMWs only cost like 20 grand to produce. there sellin for 30-40..i dont seen you people complainin to them.
