Should workout nicely with my current lease ending and the touring been out for a year so decent discounts.

So next summer for the Touring then. Anyone heard differently?

Despite being a life long BMW fan Ive never been in there at the launch of a new model, Ive usually bought the LCI. I seem to remember they launch the cooking 4 pots first then the sexy 6 pot motors a little later - is this right?

If so the 340i Touring equivalent would be something like late 2019 or even spring 2020?

Thoughts welcome

320D I think is usually first one off the line

I wonder what new test emission standards will do to new BMWs

I'd expect the 330d and 340i to be ready from launch. Like the X3 M40 they'll want the new M performance variants to get the reviews and a bit halo pizazz to the range I think.

Spot the difference time! Looks very much like the current car.

Personally I've been mulling over swapping my 335i for a 340i, perhaps in the coming end-of-line sale - but in the end I think I'll keep it a few years longer. I'm planning on adding the ACS dampers to the springs to give it a bit of something extra to enjoy.
