P2096 - 2c31, 2d06, 2ded

2009 e92 325 throws P2096 code. Pre-Purchase inspection included a printout of the following: DME 2C31, D606, 2DED.

Should I start by replacing the upstream oxygen sensors?

Thanks

-Mike
