Congrats on the new addition!!

It's odd that you guys don't get the side fender "M" badges down there.

It's because BMW didn't want us to end up on this thread

I think BMW stopped adding them to all X3s back around the March/April production.

Looks really nice man. I went with 20" wheels and didn't like the design much...avoided the 21" due to lack of tire sizes offered right now...but seeing the white with the 21" wheels makes me think twice. Had I had those wheels I may not have blacked out the grill/mirror caps etc. Congrats man and welcome to the Alpine M40i club!

Feb build here without side badges, which I prefer.

Very nice!
(We also considered white, but since we already have a M4 ZCP in MW, we decided that Platonic Blue over Oyster would be a nice complement)

I've had the 21" wheels for over 8 months now. Didn't care for the design, but after a month or so I got used to them. On my new order, even though I don't really care for the wheels, I'm going with the 20" wheels. The 21"s are a PITA to keep clean. At least the 20", have a clear coat on them which should make cleaning easy. The 21" are like a sponge with it's porous finish. I sure I'll get to like the 20" design.

Or just get both, 21" 710M for 3 seasons and 20" 699M for winter.

As much as the 710M are PITA to keep clean due to the matte finish, they were a non-negotiable!!

I use a pressure washer on mine too. I know people have said the finish on the 21's attract brake dust etc but maybe you guys should ceramic coat them and it'd be a lot easier to handle? I switched mine for aftermarket wheels because i wanted black...
