Is the M Driver's Program available for M40i owners?

I ordered a 2019 X3 M40i that hasn't arrived yet. Am I eligible to pay for the M Driver's Program, or is that exclusive to people who purchased a full M vehicle like the M2, M3, etc.?

I am referring to the driving school listed here:

I asked my local BMW sales rep, but he didn't know.

Its a M only thing because it also increases the speed limiter. It's pretty much the same price if you book separately. Sometimes there are sales too.
