2019 M550 on order - Display Key as standard feature???

Recently placed an order for a 2019 M550i, and was confirming the specs/options on the My BMW website, when I noticed under the standard features "Display Key". This is odd b/c I don't have the remote park option...so not sure why the key would be included. Anyone else get this as a standard feature? I have NO plans to use the giant key and will only use the standard size key...so hopefully I still get 2 of those with my car in addition to the ridiculous size Display Key.

Anyone know?

It doesn't show up in the standard features on bmwusa.com

Garage List
I have also ordered a 2019 M550i.

Under the Standard Features on Track My BMW, the list reads exactly like yours except for Display Key is not in my list.

My list goes from "Decoding for no-dazzle hgh bm" to "Increased top speed limiter" being the next line item. The rest of the list above & below reads like yours.

Interesting catch. I wonder what the difference is.

Do Not bother with this, I have one in the safe at home, never bothered with it, it's huge and does nothing the app on your phone can't do better, unless you want to remote park cars, which I do not.

Except that the display key is much faster with information as well as carrying out any commands. It's also got a wider range than traditional keys. Size might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Yep - not planning to use the display key...will just use the standard keys. Again, just thought it was odd to be on my list of std. features.
