Some leasing help please on MFs and MSDs?

If money factors are just the interest rate the dealership charges, then can it be negotiated?What's considered a good MF right now?

Also, are MSDs being offered in CA?

MF's can't get below BMW Financials rate but dealers can markup. Since you can't lease a BMW with anyone other than BMW financial, that's the lowest you can get.
I haven't checked August rate but the standard MF has been .00166 for a couple months now. I don't believe anyone should accept anything higher than that - so as far as negotiating, if they give you a higher MF than that, it certainly should be.
