No, if they're wearing jeans and there's a bulge then they're either too tight, or it's just the way the crotch is sewn.

when you sit down it sometimes pops up (the jeans i mean). Other than that, if you're walking around with a bulge, then I have nothing to say to you.

Haha... picking up a girl by asking her if she notices your "bulge"?!?!?! This could mean two things 1. you've gone so long without sex you can no longer control yourself and it's so "inadequate" it's does nothing more than form a bulge or 2. you've got some form of elephantitis. I would guess something a woman would notice is a "long tubular formation" going down one pant leg (or for those who've ever had a pair of pants tailored - drape)

Back when I was about 20 lbs lighter, I dated a tall girl who wore Z. Cavaracci's.

Before working on my car I decided to put on some dirty blue jeans, so I grabbed a pair from the to-be-washed pile. I figured I must have gained weight since the jeans were so tight fitting. I successfully changed the car oil, etc., and went back into the house. My g/f asked "are you wearing my jeans?" That was my first (and last) cross dressing experience.
