Garage List
are g05 and f15 wheel+tire sizes the same?

asking cos i currently have 21" wheels and i find them a bit hard but i like the look of 745 wheels on g05 which are also 21. however g05 also has 22in wheels so maybe they are not the same size?

I'm also interested in this information. Since I will be receiving my vehicle in Jan/Feb timeframe I will be required to have winter tires installed here in Germany on the vehicle in order to accept delivery. So I'm looking at having another set of wheels/winter tires ready. I'm interested specifically if anyone can provide lug spacing and front/rear wheel offset specs. Thanks!

Thank you for the link. 5x112 for the lug spacing. Now I just need to figure out offset info to look at what options are out there.

No not yet. I've asked my CA and she said she can't get any info without a VIN. I PM'd Jay here on the forums and he didn't even respond. So I'm hoping as soon as people start receiving their X5s some might look into after market solutions and either measure or sometimes the offset is stamped on the inner part of the stock wheel and they can share with the forum. My production was delayed into February due to the 3rd row. That means I most likely won't see it until March so I have time....

So if I am going to get aftermarket 19 or 20" winter wheels (non-staggered) do I get 19X9 et35 or 20X9 et35?

That sucks. I am sorry to hear that.

I am trying to pick mine up in December, but I really want the 21" wheel/offset combo so I am trying to find something that works for a winter set-up. (You know how things are here in Germany...)

I read that the bolt pattern for the G05 is 5X120 and I "think" i read that the offset is 35... But how do i find that configuration? Tirerack doesn't allow you to search by size anymore, its only by vehicle. And the G05 isn't on their list yet...

I had it reversed in my head. Ok. Thank you for clarifying.

Is the offset 35?

I went to carid.com. There you can do an advanced wheel search and input all the specs such as bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, wheel width and diameter and it'll provide a list of wheels that match up. They also ship to Germany!

You could always use adapters, I think..

These are available on that famous auction site.
No Affiliation.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/5x112-to-5x...-/171943677837

Or have a machine shop resize them to the G05 bolt pattern.

I'm not sure if we are allowed to post ebay links. Moderator, please delete if this is forbidden.

I'm ordering the below staggered wheels since mine are coming with 22" summer tires and need to put on winter tires.

21-inch Style 741M Y-Spoke Light Alloy Wheel, Orbit Grey - 9.5Jx21 ET:37 (Front)
And
21-inch Style 741M Y-Spoke Light Alloy Wheel, Orbit Grey - 10.5Jx21 ET:43 (Rear)

Can't find the 315/35 R21 winter tires anywhere for the rear. Called TireRack and was told I can put on the same size as the front, 275/40 R21 Pirelli Scorpion Winter. My original question to him was whether I could go with 315/40 R21 and he said no. Any thoughts or other size I can put on the rear that's wider than 275 but would still be proportional with the front and authorized? I'm not an expert with this as you may be able to tell. :-)

lemetier - Can you look in the ETK and provide the part number for the TPMS sensors? I'd really appreciate it!
