E92 335i '10 N54 or' 11 N55

Looking at '10 335i with N54 and 73K or a' 11 335i with N55 and 85K. Both have M package and both same color and price. Assuming all other things equal, what are your thoughts? Thanks for the suggestions.

If I'm planning to mod, N54. Keep stock, N55

Depends on your goals OP. As mentioned above you want to mod or keep stock? Compare/test drive both, pull your hair and lose sleep for a night or two and then surprise us with pics.

Do you have any service records for each? Carfax reports?

Reliability says to go with the N55. If you aren’t daily driving this and want to make gobs of power, go n54.

All other things equal, I'd jump on the '10 if it had turbos replaced and is part of the 10 yr / 100k mi extended warranty for emissions (HPFP & injectors) or if I was looking for > 350 RWHP.

If not, and I was content with 350 RWHP, I'd go with the '11.
