Definitely get rid of that akward badging and the nasty cleared ambers. Clearing is JDM not DTM.

LOL, I can see now why everyone is saying 'crooked badge' but I think its a bad camera angle because I just went to the garage and confirmed that it is very straight.

The person that did all the mods did a fantastic job of doing everything very professional with the exception of only replacing the rear Rondal with a black and white version whereas the front is still blue and white. Ill correct that in due time.

As for the clear ambers...I guess thats a subjective mod and I actually like it

i like the clear as well. looks great on Alpine White. The only reason i havent done it to mine is cuz im leasing. keep the clear. and the black badge in the rear isnt bad at all. great car. hope it works out for u

Are you nutts?the clears look 100x better than the stupid USA DOT approved ambers,you do know that this car comes with clears all around in every other country right?

well maybe except for canada but in europe the car comes with these "nasty cleared ambers"lol

get some hose/t-connectors from BMS or get the hose from bmw parts. i got myself a 3 feet bmw hose just in case

No, I think I would be crazy to buy or trade an OEM IC for the Spearco thats on the car. From everything Ive read, it looks like its an improvement over OEM. I think Dinan also realized this which is why you cant find Spearco branded products anymore.

If you leave a non-OEM IC, wouldn't that be the same as leaving all the mods in place? It might be better to remove the piggyback (assuming you find one), but you'll still have an obvious "this car has been modified" signal. A few notes in the log for your VIN and you could have trouble if you end up with any boost or core engine related issues...

Just my 0.02.

Before you bought the car did you have some one at BMW run the VIN to make sure it didn't already have it's warranty flagged?

No point in taking everything off of the damage was already done by someone else.
