No law to pay income tax???

WTF?

It's a god damn trap, the supreme court ruled against the 16th amendment which was never ratified. Why do we fail so much, and let banks enslave us for 3 months willingly!

In the damn constitution it says "direct and apportioned" taxes are allowed, well the income tax is neither direct nor indirect (way more direct) also it is NOT apportioned.

Why do we let these cooperate fools enslave us? You'd really love to know where the money goes wouldnt you.

Wesley Snipes was just found guilty of tax evasion because he believed the people who said he didn't have to pay tax. If a rich guy can't get away with it, no one will.

Did you miss that little part after the Constitution that says "Amendments"? Look at number 16.

16 was actually ratified, just after the allowable statuatory time period.

The offensive part is that 16 violates the Constitutions original premise of fair and equal taxation (apportionment).

There has been quite a bit of case law with challenges to the 16th amendment, but no one's ever succeeded. The Supreme Court upholds the Amendment every time.

Start with Pollock vs. Farmers Loan & Trust. That's where it all began. After that, the liberals took over, and forced the income tax into place.
