I got baD luck!!! 2nd time rear ending someone.

First time 3 weeks ago i was lighting a cigarette and didnt notice the car in front slamming on brakes, i slammed and hit it very very slightly. By hood got a little dented LUCKILY.

So yesterday im driving and a moron in a scion BOX car suddenly out of no where in front of me SLAMS on his brakes...IM LIKE WTFFFFFFFF.

And you bet stupid bmw brakes didnt hold and i rear end him going 5 mph. Thank god i slowed down or my front would be totalled. Anyways all that happened was a paint chip in 2 places and a little hole..

IM SO FUCKING MAD BECAUSE I TAKE CARE OF THIS CAR SO GOOD...AND I HATE SHIT LIKE THIS I GOT BAD LUCK..

Hmmm, makes me think that you were tailgating or simply not paying attention until it was too late. None the less, I don't think you deserved to mess up your car either. Hope if works out and it can be fixed appropriately. God knows that bodyshops are a crap shoot.

I think it doesn't have anything to do with bad luck. It's about paying attention to your driving.

Like others have said, nothing to do with bad luck, just bad driving. No matter WHAT happens, when you rear end someone its your fault.

Luck has no role here... I'm guessing you're just young and inexperienced. When I was a kid I got into lots of accidents simply because I wasn't paying enough attention to my driving (and everyone else's around me). Driving a bit on the spirited side is fine - especially in these cars, but you really need to pay more attention!!!!

Is this post for real???

If so, no sympathy for bad driving habits.

Hey dude, be lucky you have BMW brakes, any other brakes like a toyota or honda, and you'd be sitting there with a loaner if not high insurance premiums

Also, wtf is up w/ people lighting their cigarettes while driving, isn't that so hazardous?! I mean texting is right up there with eating, but man, people just need to pay attention to the road especially on the hwy! I don't mind doing it while at a signal...

sounds to me like your stupid driving is to blame here, not BMW brakes...

well.. it could be his shitty driving *OR*.. I saw this on a special news report of people doing insurance scams... basically two sets of cars, would in a way, force people into accidents... like, one car would cut in front of another car resulting in the car behind needing to slam his brakes... those two work together, to get the person behind the other car to intentionally hit the one that slammed his brakes.. then they would sue or have their insurance company pay for all of their "medical" damages, etc.. (sorry if this doesnt make sense but, if you try and picture it. you might get what I am saying).

so be careful out there... people with shitty cars are likely to "cause" an accident for their benefit.

+1 saw this too, but seeing as it was a scion, and not an old large vehicle with several people inside who attempted to flee the scene at the time of the accident...haha more than likely the OP's driving habits. Defensive Driving anyone? I don't mean that Bullshit you take in a class, I mean the actual course you take on the pavement...
