Stock Vs Eisenmann exhaust weight
Well looks like the Eisenmann performance exhaust ( Valved) is actually heavier than the stock so guess those Bmw guys know what they are doing.
Please see pics below: Stock weight: 30.4 lbs Eisenmann weight: 30.6 lbs without tips Each carbon fiber tip is 1.2 lbs Total Eisenmann weight: 35.4 lbs. |

I kinda had a good guess in you previous tread.
Stainless steel vs stainless steel no gain. Unless you change diameter or wall thickness. I work with really exotic materials, like silver, gold, even platinum. Thanks for taking your time to weigh those exhausts!!

Thanks for weighing. No doubt you did lose weight by eliminating the front resonator. BMW bragged about the light weight design of the rest muffler assembly for the f90, so no surprise there.

Not bad for just rear section, all got shaved from resonator.
Now we need to take couple hundred more and it would be perfect :-) I guess I could lose a few pounds too. Lol
