Here is the list of services that BMW includes with the new X5:

1) BMW Connected+ - BMWPaid 12 Mo.
2) Apple Carplay Compatibility - BMWPaid 12 Mo.
3) E-Call - BMWPaid 48 Mo.
4) Remote Services - BMW Paid 48 Mo
5) Digital Key - BMW Paid 12 Mon
6) Amazon Alexa Car Integration - BMW Paid 3 Mo
7) TeleService - BMW Paid 48 Mo
8) Connected Drive Services - BMWPaid 48 Mo
9) Real-Time Traffic - BMWPaid 48 Mo., Exp:
10) Concierge - BMWPaid 48 Mo., Exp:

None of these works by default, your dealer must enroll you in the system for them to work so you may not able to see them working during a test drive.

Woah! They added Alexa integration?! Cool! Can't wait to try that out...I thought it was just Samsung SmartThings it worked with.

I couldn't get it to work but I am not sure if I was doing it right.

That's really neat and all. But now we have to rely on a competent dealer agent to enroll us in all 10 of these services at the time of purchase? Yikes. Hopefully, people will be well versed in these things in a month or so.
