Not bad for a petrol.

Trip to Gloucester and back this morning with 3 adults in the car. Mainly motorway in Eco-Pro on cruise at 72, some A roads and driving round the town and parking. I have had over 50 mpg before but not bad for a petrol.

Yep modern Petrols are really good on economy.

On trips to places such as Bolton, Oldham, Heathrow, Liverpool, I can get 48mpg, just having it on radar cruise and sit back.

My 330d would get about 6-8 mpg more.

To one of our offices (70 mile round trip) I average about 40mpg (A38 and Toll)

Admittedly I won't get over 50 mpg.

Not bad, I did a similar journey from the West Mids to Gloucester last month in my 330d and averaged 52mpg shown on idrive. I did do the Journey in comfort mode with a bit of sport mode on some A roads though (An Audi S5 wanted to play briefly).

Haha. ...I cleaned the inside of my windscreen yesterday, and obviously didn't do the iDrive screen. I hang my head in shame.

That is pretty fooking good!

i did 160mile in the 335d on eco pro - 1/2 AClass roads and 1/2 dual carraige way at 72 and 10% in town ()

48mpg - and the Aclass roads were being proper nursed!

The week before i did a similar trip in wifes CX3 (auto too) and we got 43mpg although i was less "gentle" on the AClass roads!
