Question ► Rear Jacking Point

where is the rear jacking point for our m6s?

the manual states by the diff but this only applies to the regular models without the finned differential cover we have on the ///m.

I believe I've read a thread on here that others have used the finned diff without issue for several years. You just need to put a block of wood or like I have, a thick/hard piece of rubber that is also soft enough to not slip. I haven't tried it on the F10 yet since I just got it recently and haven't had the need.

I've been jacking it up from the finned diff with a phone book in between the jack and the diff. No problems so far. They go on jack stands right away as I don't feel comfortable with it being on the diff for too long.
