F36 carbon spoiler

Hi, can anyone help.... I’m getting a carbon spoiler for my f36. A dealer supplied one is £325 reduced from £410. I have also come across one on eBay... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-G...IAAOSw4M5byQr8
the part from the one on eBay has a different part number to the one from the dealership. I’ve asked the guy and he says he bought it from a dealer last year but never fitted it. When I asked why the part numbers were different he said that it was maybe an old part number and then said it was possibly from bmw Latvia. At the end of the day it’s a £45 saving buying from him but do bmw really change part numbers? Or would a Latvian spoiler have a different part number? The dealer part number is: 51622407543 and the part number on the ‘Latvian’ part is 51622408846. A quick google of the second part number doesn’t really reveal much. Any help greatly appreciated

For the sake of £45 I wouldn't bother. It will be a lot more than £45 worth of hassle if it doesn't fit.

thats what I was edging towards. I just couldn’t work out whether his story seemed genuine or not. I have bought from bmw Latvia myself before for my s1000rr but I think the part number was the same as UK.

That is a picture of an F36 spoiler in the listing.
Real oem shows 51622407543

Typing the other part number in the search on realoem comes up as:
51622408846
Rear spoiler
F36 CARBON
From:07/01/2015
To:01/21/2015
Weight:0.005 kg

Looks like it was tweaked at an early stage and this is an old part.

p.s. I got mine on ebay from a dealer in Devon for £200

Has anyone got any pictures of carbon spoiler on a F36 MG?
I really fancy this.
How are you planning to attach? 3M tape or something else?

I am planning on just the 3M tape. Managed to pick one up from fairbairns a little cheaper.

Thanks for posting. This looks good, but I'd prefer the more subtle look if possible. I've seen a much smaller one somewhere which almost blends in but just lifts the back end a little//
