Roll forwards without starting engine?

I often want to roll the car forwards on my downhill driveway without having to cold start the engine.

Is there a way to select neutral and turn off the handbrake without starting the engine?

I've wanted to do that also. Did some googling and searched the forums and I don't believe it's possible. Would love to hear if someone has figured this out?

Try pushing the start button without pressing the brake pedal. That should allow you to select "N". That said, you may need to have the door closed and/or the seat belt engaged.

I've tried that but without seatbelt. Will try with seatbelt.
