Moon roof in this 2015 535 i looks different

I've been looking for a 535 and I noticed one that looks like in has a much bigger moon roof than I've seen before. Is it some special option, or are my eyes just deceiving me?

Hard to tell from that angle. Why dont you measure the glass dimensions from the top (outside) and tell us? I can measure my 2012 528

What's the VIN of this 5 series pictured above...are we absolutely certain that its is NOT a GT? The pano-sunroof is what the GT (f07 535i/ix) would have and is larger:

{f07 5 series pano sunroof}

{f10 5 series sunroof}

The sun/moon roof in both my F10's (one a base and the other an M-Sport) are significantly bigger than the ones in our past Lincoln LSes. I was pretty surprised to see just how big they are. Conversely they do not open as much though.

Thanks for the input. I test drove a 2015 528i the other day and it definitely didn't look that big... I'll check it again if I take it out for a PPI....

Agree with this. When I got my F10 I noticed how much larger the sunroof footprint was but how much it opened a bit less than other smaller sunroofs in other cars that I've owned. It still makes the interior more open and airy with the glass being wider and longer than other standard sunroof openings.
