unless you can feel it in the steering wheel or vibration while driving, don't worry about it. looks like a small pebble could have gotten lodged between the disc and pad. It's happened to me before.

Dealer will get back to you as that is normal.
Small gravel will get stuck and cause that groove.
As long it doesn't wooble or vibrate, you are fine.
