X5 50i M-Sport Cold and warm start-up videos

I did a quick phone video of what the 50i M-Sport sounds like when started cold and warm. Throttle response is excellent and instantaneous. You can feel the vehicle move when you pop the throttle. Throttle blips are about 2900 rpm.
Cold 30 degree day and snorts exhaust 10’ back.

Surely I'm not the only one who uses the remote start just to stand behind the 50i to hear the engine cold start up...

Lol. I do the same. Remote start just to stand behind and hear the 50i purr. Notice the PA plates. SW PA here, what part you in?

I used to live in State College for obvious reasons alongside many other parts of PA (Paoli/Newton Square in the Philly area, and Cranberry north of Pittsburgh). I don't miss the horrible winters of central PA that would usually involve random snow when it's supposed to be sunny as I'm sure you're aware

Then you know why the 20” M-Sport wheels are a must. I built my home on top of a mountain overlooking the Susquehanna and Pine Creek valley. It can rain 3 miles down in the valley and snow 6” on our mountain. We have great driving roads though.

That's a beautiful view! I certainly miss the scenery just not the weather

Yep. Pittsburgh here. The 22" wheels are stored away and the 20" winter wheels and tires are on! Beautiful pics by the way.
