I live in Manhattan but I'm not not sure if I understand your question 100%. Are you asking whether there is a dealership that will pick up your car in a loaner and leave the loaner with you? If so, I don't believe they will unless they're willing to go to great lengths to make an exception for you.

I've serviced my cars at BMW Manhattan. They won't even pick up my car but will drop it off in my garage when finished. I don't really need my car so getting a loaner isn't important to me.

My experience with loaners at other BMW dealerships required me to sign rental agreements and leaving a credit card deposit. Not sure if Manhattan requires but being a corporate store, they may not.

It tough to get a loaner vehicle when you drop your car for service. You have to book well in advance. Let alone someone picking up your car and dropping a loaner. I have heard such service only on ultra high end like Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc...

BMW of Mamaroneck Service in PORT CHESTER NY. Ask for Arturo and say Marc with the tuned X3 sent you. He will take care of you. The dealer always has some nice loaners like well spec'd loaners!

That’s not a lot to ask. My little BMW dealership has a small staff of drivers just for pick up and will drops off vehicles for any service appointment. They will even leave a loaner BMW in my driveway if I request. They even gave me a pre owned i8 as a loaner for half the day while working on finding a specific 50i for me. I think smaller areas care more about their customers and repeat buying than larger cities where customer service is not a serious priority.

BMW tenafly has been great with me. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait over a week for a loaner appointment. I think they do pick ups and drop offs but I’m not sure.
