Mine is working fine from the app and from the key. I just used it this morning from the app.
Sorry you’re having trouble. Are you doing 3 very quick clicks? Setting departure time on the app?

Damn, I feel lucky. My G05 is in the shop today getting a warning worked out. I hope when I get it back that the remote start still works!

Not working. Neither is Remote 3d view or the other Connected Drive remote functions. Also not working on my 2018 540 (minus remote start, which it obviously doesn't have). So, this is a BMW/Connected Drive issue, not a 2019 X5 issue (for a change!).

Ya mine has stopped also, was working fine last week used it 3 or 4 times, now seems I have the apps back but they broke something more useful - nothing at all seems to work from the app on my phone except the location and it knows mileage and how much gas I have. Same on my wife's phone except her surround view works ok (mine has never) but also she can't remote start, flash lights lock unlock etc. BMW is really blowing it on all this connected stuff.

Mine came with .49 and worked fine for 2 weeks then stopped recently.

I believe Monday Dec 31 was when the black out started for most all the remote services except vehicle location and navigation info to vehicle send. You also will see your fuel/range/mileage on the app.
