1st Service
Service indicator says car due for oil service. It's just comimg up to 15k so this will be it's 1st service.
Few of questions for the forum experts: 1 - What work will be carried out, is it just an oil change & visual inspection or is there more involved? The display says the following, so it looks like just an oil change is due: Oil - 220 miles Brake Fluid - 11/08 Micro Filter - 18k (04/09) Road Worthiness Test (whatever that is?) - 12/09 Next Service - 18k Rear Brakes - 28k Front Brakes - 33k Spatrk Plugs - 49k 2 - Does the work have to be carried out by the stealer or can it be taken to a local independant BMW specialist? 3 - If it's taken to an independant how does this effect the warranty? If they genuine BMW parts & stamp the book etc is this ok? 3 - Any idea what the stealers charge for an oil change service? Car is a 325i petrol |

Wil cost you around £120-160 depending on where you are, take it to someone other than BMW and loose £1000 over night on the cars value.
You decide. |
