Official Accessories List?

Anyone gotten their hands on one? I'm looking at german sites to piece together part numbers. Only things I see abroad are winter tire/wheel offerings and the all weather floor mats first and second rows (same part numbers as X5 G05 for both)..

Will the iPad/other tablet holders already available for other BMWs work on the X7 as well?

Skipping on the rear seat entertainment pro option because our kids like their iPads too much and nothing else will do.

thanks for jumping in guys. re both items:

1) two german sites list the second row floor trays as being the same part for the x5 and x7. they could be wrong though

2) any accessories that plug into an existing travel and comfort system should plug into the back of either of the two front x7 seats.

**the only thing I haven't figured out yet re travel and comfort is if part 51952183852 will work on the second row headrests (so that accessories can be plugged into it for third row use). bear in mind that if it does indeed plug in ok, that iPad thing sticks out pretty far so you may not want a third row passenger to use it unless the second row is positioned forward a bit. might be a safety hazard for third row passengers to have that iPad right in their grill

Good points by all.

This could very well be true, but it also wouldn't surprise me if BMW took the opportunity to put some sort of "X7" bling on it, to put another stamp on X7 stuff.

Yes, absolutely! The Travel & Comfort System is universal between models equipped with the attachment in the seat back.

Good question, and I think you've got it right. Could work, 3rd row has decent room, but not a plethora of excess space.

Some parts are live now at shopbmwusa.com:

-1st, 2nd and 3rd row rubber floor mats (1st row same part# as x5; 2nd row different part# from X5; 3rd row obviously different, as well). **3rd row comes in two different configs. One for 6 seater, one for bench equipped.

-1st row only all weather liner (same part# as X5)

-Fitted luggage Compartment Mat for when third row is down

So if you want to go all weather mats (not trays) all three rows available now. If trays, you need to wait.

bmwpartspro.com doesn't have items yet. Do you have a second favorite place to buy these accessories? getbmwparts.com has them and does 10% off shopbmwusa.com

i've had success using both bmwpartspros.com and getbmwparts

my main question is whether the liners are worth the wait, and if they will offered at all for the third row. it's possibly only the rubber mats are made for the third row, but we'll see i guess

I remember being told cca members get parts discounts but have yet to find a place to honor that

i went with getbmwparts for this order.

got a bunch of mats and then got a bunch of travel and comfort accessories which are all heavily discounted there (20-22% off of that stuff)

order ended up about 16% under msrp for the entire thing and no sales tax and free shipping and customer service is great

Thanks, Jay! You're the best as always. I assume the cargo mat that's listed there is specifically for behind the 3rd row up.

re cargo mat: shopbmwusa.com has 51472459921 listed as the mat for when third row is folded. Jay's picture implies otherwise, though. @ $213 that's about double what weather tech charges for the GLS behind third row mat (109), but the pricing is consistent with the price for the x5 behind third row mat ( 51 47 2 458 569 ). lot of dough to match all the mats but what are you gonna do.

99% of the time my third row would be folded so I'd need a mat for that configuration
