No ringing tone when using memory button to make a call

Hi,
Just wanted to ask about making a phone call. When I use the voice control to phone my partners phone it rings until it is answered. Which is how it should be. I have added the number to one of the memory buttons but when I use it I have no sound I don't know if the phone is ringing. Only when the phone is answered I know it as worked.
The other thing is when I use the voice control, when I finish the call and hang up my display does not go back to how it was, just stays on the phone details. Is this normal or am I missing something in the settings?

I’d try to unpair the phone pair it again. You can leave the memory button as it is and see if this changes the behavior.
