Will they offer an X7 M760i?
Got to looking at this article on the new 7 series, and wondering why wouldn’t BMW eventually offer an X7 with this same twin turbo 6.6L V12 (which makes 600hp):

LOL. I do agree. However, it's tough to deny the power/upgrade lust of BMW owners.
Pure speculation on my part, but yes, I think it's very likely BMW will offer higher-end X7 engines and models in the future, whether something like an X760i, X7M, otherwise, or all of the above. I believe BMW is going to highlight the X7 as the SAV flagship, like they do with the 7er sedan. My personal guess is though, we won't see stuff like that until at least the LCI. Will we see something like an Alpina X7? Maybe, although I doubt it. Alpina doesn't seem to want to do larger SAV's. We'll never be a sports car. X7 isn't designed to be one. I'm guessing we'll get some tuning parts from companies like AC Schnitzer, but probably not as much as other models, for the same reason. AC Schnitzer says they're developing stuff for the G05. Doubt a V12 X7 will ever happen. For obvious reasons, other manufacturers like MB and Audi are already starting to phase out their 12-cylinder options. If anything, embrace and enjoy what 8-cylinder options we have left now, because their days are numbered as well.

Doubt it, as cool as it'd be, X7 M50i is already happening, and it seems the V12 doesn't sell well, and they probably want to save the exclusivity of the V12 to 7 series and Rolls Royce.

I'd prefer an updated M67 version myself.
