Question Parrot CK3100 for my M3

I have a 2008 M3 and didn't order the bluetooth option. Living in California that was probably a mistake as the laws have changed to say you can't hold your phone while driving. To remedy this, I've purchased a Parrot CK3100 but am trying to figure out how to get it installed. From what I've read, it pays to get some type of harness kit to ease installation. The problem is that I'm not sure which one to order. My car has the Technology package (with navigation) and the Enhanced Premium Sound option. The one person I spoke to recommended the QCBMW-F (http://www.aftermarketcellular.com/ic/QCBMW-F.html) harness, but I want to make sure before spending more money. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance.
