E91 2007 320D 285k km (with the M47 enginge) questions.

Hey guys i would really love to hear your answers about a few questions that i have.

So first, im about to buy a car here in europe, so all cars i meantion are EU models. One car i like the most has an automatic transmission(6HP19) and issue like "all shifting from and to any gear including P , N and R is smooth and unnoticeable, but from 2 to 3 and from 3 to 2 it has a little push to your back, so like a 2 years old chlid would sligthly push your back when the car shifts but only if it shifts under 2500rpm. I seated my dad into the car, secretly i did the 2 to 3 in M mode just to be sure that it produces the bumping feeling. He did not even noticed it, so it's not that bad, not even the previous owner noticed it, (funny that even with that high mileage the car has factory service book, so not even the factory did anything about it) I searched here in the forum about this but nothing showed up that is really my case. So the quesiton is that, would you worry about this, or just keep living with this? (Funny part my previous car was an e90 325i Automatic, and it did the same but from 3 to 4 and back)

Second question is that, i cant really understand how is it posibble (or is it normal) that the engine metal parts down (not sure if its part of the engine but i cant describe it better) close to the ground have a little rust on them (the car was not close to water or salt) and the generator has white points on it like you spreaded salt on it. So what do you think, if there is a little rust no problem, or its not normal and i should not buy it.

Third as in general: What do you think the about the TURBO, at 285 000km is there any chance that it was not changed? and if it was what period do they broke? is it possible that its still the stock turbo in it?

Thank you really for your answers, have a good day.

Mostly US members here and we had no 4 cylinder cars for the e90
series here.
And only one 6 cylinder diesel which is not widely popular.

which is why you see the absence of 4cylinders in the above motor
links. Or they are seldom discussed. Best to find a Euro Board.
Or there is a Euro sub forum here.

The automatics where gm for most of the run here
and I believe the manuals are getrags or ZF's.
Don't know them by number .
The 06 year was something different for the automatics
I believe. ZF I seem to recall.
