2C9F engine code not goign away!

so after the install of my catless downpipes . this code hasnt gone away . I can clear it but after iturn my car off and back on its there again to haunt me! Any ideas on how to correct this?

2C9F lambda probe heating behind catalytic converter 2,input signal

The heater circuit for the o2 is damaged. Install a new sensor.
