I WISH it cost me $58US...try $5.50CAD/gallon for Shell 91...out in Vancouver it's probably closer to $6CAD/gallon

It's currently $7.20/gallon for 91RON in Vancouver!!!!

That's $1.92/litre.

While most of you got my joke (or saw the earlier OP another member had about fuel prices) I wanted to ensure people know this is for fun and not intended to poke at anyone here. Fuel prices stateside (outside of a few unnamed states) is still very cheap. Where I live actually has the most expensive fuel in the state and we refine it less than 40 miles away!

I for one love the fact that BMW puts large gas tanks in their vehicles allowing the avoidance of range anxiety.

This. Our XC90 tank holds like 14 or 15 gallons and it feels like it's always empty

Found out yesterday the wife with her X3 M40i is getting way less MPG than my X5 50i, wonder why!!!

I don't refine it but there is a refinery very close by as mentioned. We get a lot of our fuel from there (if not all of it)

That's pretty hard to do, my X3 M40i averaged 20 80% of the time usually. She must be having a good time
