It is more of my to-do list since I am the one who have to figure it out.

His X7 is pretty loaded for xDrive40i.
I believe only missing the Night Vision and Laser Light (due to supply issues with BMW).

So far, here are what I've done. I will be updating the thread whenever new mods added.

- RG Sport OEM Painted Front Bumper Reflector
- BMW Gloss Black Kidney Grill
- BMW Gloss Black Exhaust Tips
- H&R 15/15 Wheel Spacers in Black
- Coded to start at Sport Individual

I will have the car this Friday to figure out more things to code and more things to do.

So, here are the pictures.
Feel free to comment or PM if you have any questions or inquiries.
Looks awesome. You painted exhaust tips in house, correct?

Spacers look great. For some reason I don't think the black grills look good on the X7.

Looks great, man! That's pretty much the twin of what I want to do. Fully loaded 40i in Mineral White, blacked out options. A few questions:

- When you say "BMW" blacked grilles and exhaust covers, do you mean you got the actual parts from BMW already black?

- Did you have to drop the bumper to do the exhaust?

- Are you going to do the rear chrome strip in black?

- Do you have "before and after" pics to compare the wheels? I'm trying to determine exactly what the wheel spacers give you aesthetically.

Yes, those are original BMW parts on the grill and exhaust tip.
But I am working on something on the exhaust tip.
I'll update you guys later when it is ready.

I don't have to drop the bumper, I work from the bottom. Need to loosed up the muffler hanger for better clearance.

Rear Chrome strip will be blacked out once OEM is available.

I'll put up the before pictures later, need to crop them up first.

Thank you.

It looks good in person. Somehow in the picture looks a bit weird.

Nope. That is BMW OEM.
I can get them for you if you are interested.
Can you give the part numbers for the exhaust tips and grill.

wow that looks great in white with the black rims & tire meat. seen several out in the wild. such an obnoxious but authoritative looking front end. black grills set it off. needs nothing else.

Looks nice. The black grills help tone down the chrome overload ... unless that's what you're into.

So just to recap, to make it look better all we need to do is to hide the giant chrome buckteeth? In other words, mask the major design flaw it has. Got it!

I agree, and it looks a little bit "cheap" on such a car.
