Spec is weed. If you're spending 51K on a new car you have to spec it up or why would any buyer chose it over a toy max version?

spec isnt that bad, not great but not terrible for the price! probably missed its servicing and needs new rubber. Accident damage, scratches.....

Do you mean Autotrader's price guide or have you seen them for sale at this price?

The price guides are not reflecting what is happening in the real world unfortunately.

The best trade bid for my 07 335D M estate ( list was £46000 ) from three BMW dealers was £26000 , the worst was £23000. I had covered 30000 miles though. Personally i would think £28000/ £29000 would be about right for a trade bid on your car.

On another note someone had a trade bid for a M3 of £33000 , it had then 6000 miles on it and a healthy spec too. Its terrible out there for the dealers ( and us ) !

The latest price of fuel in Moscow is

95 Ron--26 Rubles
Denzil--24 Rubles

1 Pound is equal to 46 rubles so about 50p per litre and there moaning like F**k out here.Mind you Pistonheads would love it.Average BMW is a 530,all X5 are 4.4 or 4.6iS or even 4.8iS.More W12's out here than u can imagine.

Later ill try get a shot of the BMW advert of Z4M,M3,M5,M6 on the walls opposite the Kremlin.

I might get my F**k the poll tax shirt out when i get home lol

Having just swapped out my 'Fast Road' Subaru (that needed filling up every week at £70, insurring at well over £700, 2-3 services per year (I drove it well...) and with the extras to keep it spotless) for the 335D, I feel that for the very first time in my car owning history, I've caught the crunch at the right time as the Scoob and 335D prices were very favourable for me...especially considering the bottom of the market is starting to come away..

Can anyone see the residuals recover over time? i know its just not BMW, all manufactures!

I mean my 335i m sport has 9k miles, 07 plate, satnav pro, usb, red leather, usb, bluetooth, auto tranny, front sensors and folding dimming mirrors, cost 41k in May 07 (with a rubbish 3% discount!) I was considering moving to the denzil 335d but I am scared at what its now worth!!!! don't think its worth changing over.

when i got the motor I think petrol was around 85p ish for Super unleaded, now I am paying 122p!

That's gorgeous - I just love the 6's. I've been seriously considering one and been in talks with a dealer over an individual 630i but he's not biting yet. The 635d is the way to go though but out of my price range at present.

Night Vision & Head-up Display - gadget heaven!!!!

Oh, and I should say, if I were to change, it should really be for a 5'er (probably 535d), due to the wife having a stupidly impractical 206cc!!!!! Time she grew up LOL!!!!

Sensational spec and price compared to some on there....im lurking lol.

The 6 is a beast up close and this actually suits it the 635d engine under the bonnet.

Im not knocking petrolheads as the 6 should be stuffed with a big lump and not a denzil but in this day and age ...what a cruiser.

I see Oil has come down dramatically recently seeing as i havent been home for a while now....has the pump price changed much????.

Like $147 was 1.33 a litre denzil
Now is $118 so should be a big chunk off by now surely???
or have they remained in Greedy Bastard mode??

Im thought so ...Greed is amazing what there allowed to rinse out of us over there in Blighty.Im mean thats a 5th less than they were being hit for by Opec...and a 5th at the pumps mean we should be somewhere close to the 107-109 for denzil per litre.

Gotta get a grip of them somehow.

But im like you Roger i would instantly change as i was governed by company expenses pending it fell in the right co2 bracket.Im not governed by this now as the bosses want supercars again lol.So i can change when i want...im gonna have a look when i get home.

Anyway back to my other company car X5 4.8iS but at 50p a litre and i aint paying they dont care lol.
