My passenger seat won't fold forwards..

Like the title says, my seat won't fold forward.. just stuck outa nowhere.

I've pulled it pretty hard, but don't want to break it any further. This happen to anyone else? I would wouldn't mind dealing with this myself.. just wanna avoid a dealer trip if possible

any help is appreciated, thanks

Did you make sure there were no passengers in the seat?
