BMW connected app is now a total fail.

The new version of the BMW Connected APP is terrible. I've been using the prior version of the app with no issues for about two years and recently it refused to recognize my vehicle. I tried numerous times to make it work but it fails each time. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and although it seems to recognize my car it consistently fails to add my vehicle. What was once a good app is a total fail now.

My appears to work fine.

However I have yet to get it to ventilate the car on demand. Always fails

LOL, I've used that. It's been hit or miss with me. Connectdrive works fine for me otherwise.

I have had the same issue with the ventilate on demand. Thought it was poor connectivity.

Same with mine. The app gets worse with every update.

Works perfectly on my iPhone but I really don't find it overly useful and being in Canada ventilation on demand isn't something I ever need to use.

No it's no I'm afraid. You may have some issues but it's working perfectly for most people. Good luck sorting it

I have no issue that are of concern.

I have had it show windows open when they are closed but it fixes itself at some point.

I unlock and lock all the time without the keys present.

Very convenient.

Mine does the job for what I use it for, send directions to nav mostly, which I love. I've played around with other things I don't use much, like ventilate heat, and it'll say that it can't connect but go to the car, and sure enough it's doing it.

Very frustrating. For two years it worked fine. Now I find my car is no longer loaded and it fails to reload the car. Disappointing.

The only problem I have is spotty AT&T coverage.
Works fine for me on iPhone and Apple Watch. YMMV.
