So I was looking to install a catless Downpipe but wasn't sure if it would set any lights off if so would a high flow cat do the same thing my car is a 435is 2015 with m2 tune.

Yes, wether its high flow or catless the check engine light will come on at some point, there are fixes for it but usually only for older model cars that are PWG. There is a downpipe i believe that doesnt give CEL but it is very expensive, but why does it matter if you are being tuned? You can just clear the code lol. Also if you are looking for a good quality downpipe without fitment issues go ahead with a EvolutionRacewerks downpipe.

Very true I could just clear the code whenever it pops up do you know how often it does possibly?

I believe you only need to do it once
